Sydney’s Odd Culture Group is on a winning streak. This September it opened SPON, a hybrid wine bar and bottle shop on King Street in Newtown, where any bottle in the shop is available by the glass. It follows the launch of the group’s first Melbourne venue, Odd Culture Fitzroy, also a wine bar-bottle shop combo, earlier this year.
