2022 Ravensworth Estate Chardonnay, Canberra District

Just one barrel made. Seems lonely. But there’s a party on the palate. Heady aromas of lemon blossom, ginger flower and ginger spice, they meet up with a fleshy palate of barely ripe white peach, all manner of lemony goodness and creamy lees. There’s a neat pull of phenolics throughout and the perfect amount of oak flavour to render this savoury and delicious. JF 13% alc.
