2019 Freycinet Vineyard Shiraz, Tasmania

Deep crimson with aromas of ripe dark plum, blackberry and dark cherry fruits cut with plenty of black pepper, dark spice, cedar, purple flowers, licorice, roasting meat and earth. It sports a lovely mid-weight in the mouth, again peppery and meaty with substantial fine tannin, fine lacy acidity pushing the wine to a lingering savoury finish. DB 13.5% alc.
