2023 Yelland & Papps Single Vineyard Rosé Cinsault Mourvédre, Barossa Valley

A cinsault/mourvédre rosé sitting pale salmon in the glass with aromas of redcurrant, raspberry, ruby red grapefruit and liminal whiffs of blood orange, wildflowers and watermelon. Stony, dry and pure with a minerally line, plenty of velocity and verve, finishing like a savoury arrow shooting across the palate. DB 13% alc.
