2023 Hentley Farm Wines Seppeltsfield Vineyard Grenache Rosé, Barossa Valley

A pale, crisp, savoury rosé produced from western Barossa grenache that cuts a vivid, textural path across the palate. Citrus and red fruit, crushed stone and wildflowers, it's instantly endearing and you get that 'jeez I could drink a lot of this' feeling. There is a real stony, umami ache on the finish – I can see this becoming a summer favourite.
