2023 Devil's Corner Resolution Pinot Gris, Tasmania

A distinctly serious pinot gris that walks the line between dry and off-dry with a steady foot. Nashi pear, grapefruit and crunchy green apple fruit tones mesh with hints of soft spice, almond paste, pressed flowers and crushed riverstone. There's a pleasing sense of order, tension and balance here, sleek and savoury in its shape with a squeak of texture and plenty of minerally energy on the exit. DB 14% alc.
