Light rose gold in the glass with aromas of raspberry, red apple and citrus fruits cut with hints of freshly baked berry danish and brioche, Turkish delight, peach melba, crushed stone, dried citrus fruits and grilled nuts. Notes of berry cream on the palate with hints of blood orange, Aperol spritz, cherry clafoutis and clotted cream. Precise and true, yet with a expansive palate of cascading complex flavours, reined in by a savoury, mineral-laden acid line, finishing very long and moreish. DB 13.5% alc.
