A bouncy, dangerously drinkable sparkling blend of pinot noir, pinot meunier and riesling made in the pét-nat style. Bruised cherry in the glass with vivid characters of blood orange, sour cherry juice, Berocca, dried mandarin rind, kombucha, sea spray and crushed stone. Great, fun drinking, as always. DB 12% alc.
