2019 LEOGATE ESTATE BLACK CLUSTER HUNTER VALLEY SHIRAZ

Glossy garnet hue. Violet lift, with a suite of dark-fruit allusions manifest as a riper and more brooding expression of a contemporary Hunter red. Think black cherry, plum and mulberry, melded with mocha oak and an earthen warmth suggestive of terracotta and loam. The tannins, well built and expansive across the mouth, successfully curtail any excess. A delicious wine offering imminent pleasure or rewards if cellared. NG 14.5% alc.
