Tended and raised with care and sensitivity, here is an Eden Valley shiraz of presence, fullness and poise. Compact and crunchy, dense blackberry, satsuma plum fruit and licorice take the lead. Oak is sensitively deployed, building structure and persistence more than flavour. Fine-ground tannins furnish a long life. TS 14.5% alc.
