This is nicely done. While it doesn’t pull any contemporary surprises, it is round, rich, fleshy and vinous. Beautiful balance of gushing fruit and nicely positioned oak, conducting the long flow of kirsch, clove, licorice and baking spice flavours. NG 14.5% alc.
