2018 PECCAVI MARGARET RIVER CABERNET SAUVIGNON

A savoury, oak-driven and tannic wine, built for long-haul cellaring rather than short-term enjoyment. The length of flavour shows what an experienced winemaker (Bruce Dukes) can do with great fruit. At this stage, the nose, palate and finish are dominated by oak, however there is no doubt as to its quality. Buy it and quickly intern it in the cellar before you are tempted to prematurely open a bottle. Not a typical Margaret River cabernet. EL 14.5% alc.
