2019 LONGVIEW VINEYARD MACCLESFIELD CABERNET SAUVIGNON

A new range from the Longview crew offers more defined vineyard block selection, here matched with a gentle winemaking approach that allows this cabernet to be a little more reserved, yet totally on point, varietally speaking. The cabernet senses are there, black fruits, a note of cassis, a faint backdrop of mint and dark chocolate, all collected and steered forward by obvious but sensitively structured cabernet tannins. This drinks well now and will delight further over a decade. TL 14% alc.
